Alex was great.  Everyone worked hard and professionally.  I think they were done around noon and were on to the next job you had with our other neighbor.  It’s good to see good people being rewarded.  It just took us a few years to figure that out.

So happy this all went so smoothly! I’m now optimistic again that our pier will be a sustainable thing for us in the years going forward.  I was about at the point where I was ready to sell it for scrap!
